I coordinated airport drop off & pickup with Djamil about a week ahead of the service through the website. He was very responsive, helpful & professional. Pickup went great! He was exactly on time for our 3:30 am pickup. We had issues with our return flight being cancelled due to flight crew shortage at united and got stuck in Denver! Djamil was super kind to us in a very stressful situation, coordinating with me a backup plan. He was unable to pickup for our new flight due to prior commitment, so he arranged for a colleague to assist us. 10/10 would book for any car service needs in Sacramento area. Thank you Djamil!

I will never use a ride share service to SMF now that I’ve found Sacramento City Car Service. Djamil was on time, communicative, and the car was clean. We had 2 pickup locations and it wasn’t a problem at all. Rates are competitive to ride share and you can actually fit more than 3 passengers!
